Our School Zone a Mobile App for easy interaction between Parents / Studenrs, Teachers and Administrators of the Institution

To make a smooth, less time consuming interaction between Parents and Teachers/School. To receive instant informations published by the School & Teachers for the Parents .

• Why this App is required in a school ?
• To make a smooth, less time consuming interaction between Parents and Teachers/School. To receive instant informations published by the School & Teachers for the Parents .
• Who can use the App ?
• Parents and Teachers can only use the App through separate login.
  Teachers can send the informations and Parents can view the informations sent by teachers and school administration.
  To monitor the activities of the App, and to publish informations/ instructions through Notice, the School authority (Principal/Head Master) have to access the Our School Zone portal on a computer (No App for Administrator) with a specific login as Administrator.
• Is the App free of cost ? If payable what will be the cost? Who have to pay to whom ?
• The App is Payable (Not Free). However the App can be downloaded free of cost but the user can use it only after get registered by the concerned school.
  The cost of the App is based on per student per month basis. By default the cost of App is Rs. 35.00 per student per month plus GST @ 18% which comes to Rs. 41.30, School can collect more than the mentioned rate to generate a fund for school but the above rate have to be paid to UDVAVAN.
  Only the Parents of the concerned students have to pay to school. The App is free for the Teachers
• What will be the mode of payment ?
• Payment can be made Quarterly or Annually by the school to UDVAVAN. School have to collect the subscription fee from the students.
• Is it possible to make comments on school/teacher by the parents on the App or is it possible to chat by the parents with school/teachers ?
• No, the parents can’t make comments or chat using the App. However if a teacher puts a remark on a particular student, then here is a provision to send a reply by the parents on the remarks. Also a parent can send an absent report only through the App.
• If a Parent having more than one child studying in the same school, is he require different mobile phones ?
• No, the Parent can access the informations for all the children using one mobile phone. For that the same mobile number must have to be registered for all the children.
  In the App the parent have to choose the concerned child from the students profile icon to view the informations regarding the respective child.
• If a Parent having more that one child reading in different schools using same mobile App by all the schools. Is he require different mobile phones?
• No, the Parent can access the informations for all the children using one mobile phone even the children are studying in different schools using same App. For that the same mobile number must have to be registered for all the children in all the schools.
  In the App the parent have to choose the concerned child from the students profile icon to view the informations regarding the respective child. The App will display the informations of the concerned school.
